Creation or Evolution

There are strong beliefs on both sides of the Creation vs Evolution debate. I always believed in my heart there was a Creator, regardless of what was taught in school. The evidence of the living, wonderfully complex wildlife around us just spoke for itself.  If everyday things like a car, a phone or a watch don't just appear by themselves but have to be made someone or by a machine, why should we believe that all these creatures just appeared on their own?

I find the evidence overwhelming if you look into and seriously consider it.    Psalm 19:1 says the heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.  Romans 1:20 reads "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities-  His eternal power and divine nature- have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.  The evidence is all around us.

God's word in the Bible tells us in Genesis how He created the world, the birds and animals in it as well as every other fascinating creature, including man.  Everything was perfect until sin entered the world, through the original man, Adam. Sin separates us from God who is perfect and holy. But God in His love provided a substitute for our sin through Jesus's birth, life, death and resurrection.  We just need to believe and accept it.

But the Bible also talks about those that would seek to deceive you from the truth.  2 Timothy 3 talks about days when men will be lovers of anything but God.  Rather than acknowledge a creator God, they cling to a theory of evolution and a belief in a world millions of years old to try and justify it, rather than the thousands of years old earth the bible points to.  The links below clearly show the bible may have a LOT more relevance than what we have been taught, or led to believe.

If you really seek the truth, God has told us you will find it. (Matthew 7:7-8) "Ask and it will be given to you, seek, and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you".  I have personally found this to be the case.   It is in His word. That is the foundation for Christian belief.

If you choose not to believe in God, He will not force you to accept that He is, but before you make that choice or even if you already have, you owe it to yourself to consider the evidence.

Some things that truly stand out are fulfilled prophecy. Over 2000 events out of roughly 2500 have come true, without error.

These a just a few arguments of thousands for Gods existence.

The bible also tells us only one sin will not be forgiven. That sin is the rejection of Him and His son Jesus.  No matter what else you've done, God's forgiveness stands, if you accept Him as Lord and Savior of your life, giving Him your life's control.

My hope of eternal life or heaven is not found in any particular church, denomination, politics, good works, charity or any man or mans theory's.

True hope is in Jesus Christ alone and HE is found in the Bible. He is revealed in His word there and in His amazing creation all around us.

Starting there, all these other things will find their place.

John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
